                    A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows your browser to be recognised, your choices to be remembered, or traffic to be measured.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    What this website uses\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

                    Necessary cookies<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 essential to the operation of the site: security, correct display of pages, storage of your consent preferences and, where applicable, your shopping basket. They cannot be disabled and do not require your consent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    No audience measurement tool is currently active<\/strong>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0The website uses neither Google Analytics nor any other statistics or targeted advertising service. No browsing profile is created.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    Google Tag Manager<\/strong>\u00a0is installed as a tag management tool. It serves solely to administer the site\u2019s scripts; it sets no tracking cookie and collects no statistics of its own. Loading it does, however, involve a connection to Google\u2019s servers, which receive your IP address on that occasion.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    If an audience measurement tool were activated in future, it would be deployed\u00a0<\/span>only after obtaining your consent<\/strong>\u00a0through a dedicated banner, and this policy would be updated beforehand.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    10. Transfers outside Switzerland<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h2>

                    The website and your client data are\u00a0<\/span>hosted in Switzerland<\/strong>, with Infomaniak Network SA.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    The only transfer liable to occur abroad results from loading\u00a0<\/span>Google Tag Manager<\/strong>, supplied by Google Ireland Ltd., whose infrastructure may be located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. This transfer is limited to technical connection data (IP address, browser information). Google relies in this respect on the European Commission\u2019s standard contractual clauses and on the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework together with its Swiss extension.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    No health data, no appointment data and no billing data is transferred outside Switzerland.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    KAREidoscope implements appropriate technical and organisational measures:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                    • encryption of communications with the website (HTTPS\/TLS);<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                      • hosting in Switzerland, with a provider subject to Swiss law;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                        • access to records restricted to the practitioner alone and password-protected;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                          • paper records kept under lock and key;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                            • regular, encrypted backups;<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                              • regular updating of systems.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                No transmission over the internet can, however, be guaranteed to be entirely secure. In the event of a security breach presenting a high risk to your rights, you will be informed and the Federal Data Protection Commissioner notified in accordance with art. 24 FADP.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
