Color is not only visible—it is felt, it resonates, it balances. It connects us to our natural vitality, our inner calm, and our personal light.
WHAT IS COLOUR THERAPY?
For millennia, civilizations have associated colors with the balance of body and mind.
Today, science is gradually confirming their effects: light influences our biological rhythm, our mood, our recovery capacity, and our overall well-being.
Chromotherapy, or color therapy, is a gentle and natural method that uses the properties of colored light to support the body’s internal resources, soothe the nervous system, balance emotions, and promote vitality.
It integrates perfectly into a holistic wellness approach, complementing medical care when necessary.
This approach is not intended to replace medical treatment, but rather to support harmony of body and mind, stimulate natural regulatory mechanisms, and guide individuals toward overall well-being.
MY APPROACH
Trained as an interior architect, my work has taken my family and me on an odyssey of discovery and initiations into the approach to color in different countries, where I have had the opportunity to approach ancient knowledge (Mexico, Ivory Coast, Tibet, India, Vietnam, China, Sri Lanka) where I have worked for more than twenty years on the impact of color in interior spaces and on the well-being of people.
I naturally expanded this research to include colors applied to the body, light, frequencies, sounds, and essential oils—using colored light in a scientific and medical way to create an integrative, human-centered approach. I draw on diverse expertise and various techniques to guide my patients toward profound well-being.
THERAPEUTIC FRAMEWORK
My approach is professional, ethical, and an alternative to the conventional medical system. I do not make medical diagnoses and never intervene as a substitute for medical treatment.
Color projection
In practice, color therapy uses white light, obtained from a lamp, which is projected onto special filters with different frequencies that select the desired wavelengths (colors). This therapy involves projecting different beams of light for a precise duration.
Global Projection – Light diffused over the entire body
Local projection – onto the organs or areas to be treated
Projecting reflex zones of the body – On acupuncture points and meridians. On the body: chromo-puncture, chromo-auriculotherapy and through the eyes.
Energy Projection – on the chakras
